Pros
Work from home everyday is extremely convenient for some and potentially a big plus, colleagues that you will interact with are all genuinely great people to work with.
Cons
What seems like a once great company is slowly being gutted ever since being bought out by an investment fund. Every penny towards expenses and support has been cut, staff have been routinely fired to 'streamline processes' although they were largely necessary and everyone else is being burdened with 3x the workload of before. To rub salt in the wounds they then hire 3 new directors after doing this and give us a terrible analogy about a football team having too many defenders.
