      small company working in great financial industry solutions Been around a while but still feels like startup at times

      Cons

      Company culture was better when it was a public company. The whole company truly lived its core values which I have not seen in other companies. When it went private new leadership from a slow growth legacy software company came in and the culture has not been the same since. Overall compensation package is not competitive

      Overall, it's a good place to work. The work isn't particularly difficult, the team is friendly and supportive, and the work life balance is excellent. It's a comfortable environment where you can do your job without unnecessary stress.
