Pros

- Optional remote if you're outside of NH - Team members are supportive

Cons

- Pay is grossly over stated and unachievable - Micromanagement at it's finest - Turnover is the highest I've ever seen in my 10 year sales career - Horrible training and support - Managers are only worried about activity metrics and isn't proactive on their assistance - Benefits are okay... not great not terrible - Over praising EBITA across all hands being amazing but employees are grossly underpaid for the amount of work and effort they put in

Pros

Overall, it's a good place to work. The work isn't particularly difficult, the team is friendly and supportive, and the work life balance is excellent. It's a comfortable environment where you can do your job without unnecessary stress.

Cons

The work can become repetitive over time.
