Pros
great coworkers! I really enjoyed the docs in the practice. I learned so much about orthopedics and genuinely enjoyed my job most days. I felt like I always had help from those around me if I needed support and my training process was long enough to really get a hang of the position. The office is beautiful as well.
Cons
If you're a medical assistant here it is just difficult to pay rent in this area. Of course the vast majority of us did not live in Boulder proper, but even in surrounding areas it was difficult to make the MA wage work, especially if you have any student debt, car payment, etc. I know this is standard within the MA role, and thus this position is unfortunately a rotating door. The upper management is so stingy with raises its ridiculous. If you take a job here just go in knowing that.
