One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility and trust the company gives its employees. I’ve been able to grow a successful career while also being present as a mom, which is something that’s hard to find. The leadership team genuinely cares about their people, encourages growth, and creates an environment where hard work is recognized and supported. It’s a fast-paced, motivating company with great people, strong infrastructure, and a culture that makes you want to stay long term.

All companies have their pain points at some point in time but I really cant say there are any cons about working here. You get what you put into it.
