Pros
I work remote, and the flexibility is wonderful. I never have to worry about missing an event with my kids. Also, the leadership is so supportive; I've reported to a couple different people and I've never had a negative experience with them. They're always open to suggestions on different ways we can improve, and always offering really cool options for personal development and training. If you're the type of person who needs validation and call outs (like me lol) they're really good about that, and mindful of what keeps different personalities motivated. 1:1 meetings are scheduled based on how often the employee personally feels like they need them. Just an overall great experience, and I've been here close to 2 years.
Cons
Not really a con, but we work hard! However, the training is incredible, especially for a small company. They will leave you super prepared to handle any situation that comes up with candidates.
