The initial employment was great. We were spoon fed so many positives to look forward to, The best part of Bowman was no micromanagement.
Cons
Where shall I begin... the best advice I can give you is watch out for the male and female that did the hiring for the FPL project... they are not genuine... check out their spending and less than professional closeness... please do not mistake my bluntness for bitterness as I am not... but many of your Florida employees are aware of their affair including the supervisors. Also Bowman has destroyed so many livelihoods by having them uproot their lives for a job that was glorified with fake promises. I am one of the lucky ones that did not have to move and was lucky enough to find lucrative employment with FPL . Bowman should should consider utilizing modern technology to save money and matbe they could afford to give a bonus upwards of the insulting $100 that blew everyone's mind.. They're better ways of having meetings , WebEx, Skype, Zoom etc... why are you wasting money? The Florida hiring managers should be held accountable, ? Please change your hiring process, it has hurt so many people, you guys should be ashamed.
