      Company culture is great Have set responsibility Great team Products are great Good discount Great customers Good bonus structure Good benefits

      Cons

      Low pay (minimum wage for associates and not much better for management) They’ve been putting a lot more responsibilities into stores without a raise of pay. There can be tiny frustrating systems but overall things are pretty great
