Lots of opportunities from entry level to professional. Opportunities for advancement within the company. The overall atmosphere is one of a family vibe. Good people from management to contract employees.

Depending on where you work in the building the smell of the epoxies and paint can be overwhelming. Sometimes I would get headaches or nausea if I was placed temporarily in a department with strong smells.

Very easy job but can be monotonous. Still, there's room for advancement and often times you get to work alone or in small teams.

There's a constant very strong chemical smell throughout the manufacturing floor due to the heating of plastics and adhesives. If you are sensitive to strong chemicals you may leave with headaches some days.
