(Pro's/cons written for Systems side) There is plenty of big projects to take on with high chance of success Expanding to a second site in Billerica New opportunities coming in, and existing products potentially expanding. Some people in this place are great to work with and learn from.

Cons

Lots of the processes in place are very time consuming and prone to error. some older products have been neglected overtime, and can be unnecessarily meticulous to solve simple issues for Poor collaboration between design engineering and manufacturing engineering. overstaff in the wrong areas, understaffed where more engineers would result in more shipped product.

Pros

Lots of opportunities from entry level to professional. Opportunities for advancement within the company. The overall atmosphere is one of a family vibe. Good people from management to contract employees.

Cons

Depending on where you work in the building the smell of the epoxies and paint can be overwhelming. Sometimes I would get headaches or nausea if I was placed temporarily in a department with strong smells.
