Pros

They do have a full remote work setup, but they are still shifting slowly back to in-office work. AP work is getting specialized and segmented (if you like that).

Cons

Multiple occasions of doubling the AP team's workload, either due to ramming a ton of new shops in and cutting the old team that used to handle them, or by moving half of the AP team to other teams. AP work is getting specialized and segmented. Things are going to be going through a rough patch due to a small AP team, payments are constantly falling behind, not enough hiring being done (likely at underwhelming pay. $14/hr after 3 years).

If you learn the business and you want to make a serious contribution, you can. You just need to put yourself out there and commit.

Cons

Teams and departments are considerably siloed. The right hand doesn't often know what the left is doing.
