      Career progression can be a bit slow however, there are lot of opportunities to move within the company.

      If you learn the business and you want to make a serious contribution, you can. You just need to put yourself out there and commit.

      Cons

      Teams and departments are considerably siloed. The right hand doesn't often know what the left is doing.
