Pros
Very flexible scheduling when in casual call position. Immediate co-workers are very nice and easy to work with. Great benefits and discounts.
Cons
Hierarchy of other employees, nurses, doctors, etc., is demeaning and does not acknowledge everyone's different situation. Assumptions of a worker's intelligence and education level is usually wrong, and results in negative attitudes towards EVS workers.
