Pros
Great training when starting with the company. The staff are very motivated and encouraging. I have been able to place top within the company based on my managers teaching/molding my skills. I love the people--- always excited to go to work.
Cons
You NEVER get to take the full hour for lunch. When you work in costumer service it is understood that you don't get to stop and take too time for yourself but it would be nice if lunch breaks were more enforced. It creates long days that turn in to long work weeks and employees getting burned out.
