A Not-So-Great Experience... - Anonymous employee Bozzuto Employee Review

There is A LOT of drama at Bozzuto and a bullying mentality reminiscent of high school that makes it an uncomfortable work environment; even senior leadership is gossipy and often unprofessional. There is no work life balance, limited budget and resources, poor training at corporate, favoritism in terms of both looks (you'll find a lot of blond girls) and with many employees and vendors being related to someone or friendly in some capacity, extremely low raises and no bonuses in most departments, a mediocre health care plan, etc. The company is also religious, which can cause discomfort for some. The workload can be very heavy for some while others seem to always be traveling - but I have to say the worst part about the company is the culture - catty, gossipy, and fake.
