My property was extremely unorganized; I mean, half of our leases we just stacked in the back and under desks when I got hired and management did not seem to think organization was a priority. Our manager expected us to work through lunches and it was not rare for my coworkers and I to work past 8 or 9pm, off the clock for budget purposes. If we went out for lunch and did not work through we we made to feel like we weren't working hard enough. Assistant and property managers were unwilling to interface with customers is we were busy or short handed. Honestly and as undramatically as possible, it was an extremely poisonous atmosphere and you could tell by the high turnover rate at the property.
