Pros
Good people overall, lots of properties to choose from/transfer to, training is getting better and better, they're well respected so you can feel proud to work for them, it's obvious the senior partners and top level managers believe in their core values, some flexibility in schedules, they seem to care about their employees. Willing to change with the times without losing what makes them great.
Cons
If you're used to a 9-5 Mon-Fri. Holidays off job, this isn't the industry for you. The job is much more customer service than sales, so if you aren't the kind of person who likes dealing with the public, or turning challenging situations with residents even when they're mean to you into wins for both sides, this might not be for you. I don't really have any major cons. I love working for this company despite any minor issues that come up, it's provided me with a career path and a decent living along with a place I take pride in working and people I've really enjoyed working with.
