      Pros

      The professionalism that starts at the top to the bottom of the ladder. I am going to retire from Bozzuto but meanwhile the sky is the limit in growth potential. We just came back from an outing last week and meet people from all over the country , the company paid all expences for us to hyave a great day playing corn holes game , golfing, fishing on the bay come on doesn't get any better than that, get on board we are striving in the apartment industry. Oh I didn't mention the maintenance tools of better being able to mobile able to inter data , one of a kind soft wares that are and will be implemented soon . I yet to see this in other companies in the apartment industry.

      Cons

      We don't give up and we continue to serve if that's a cons, sorry .

      I love how you titled this and your honesty! Yes, we work hard but at the end of the day we know what we’ve done has made a difference to someone.
