Every day I feel lucky to be a Bozzuto employee. From the first day when you learn the simple fact that we hire nice people to every following day when that rings true with each new person you meet. I've been fortunate enough to have personal conversations with all of our leaders, and I've always been treated like a genuine equal. That's how we treat each other, our vendors, clients, residents etc and there is no value greater than that level of humanity we get to experience at Bozzuto.
On a more concrete level, I have been promoted at a reasonable pace, faster than some companies, slower than others, but I'm happy with my rate of success.
My pay is comparable to friends at other companies.
The systems in place literally make the job easier than the same position with any other company. I have never seen such a thorough framework, implemented for employee success!
The company is growing, and I plan to grow with it, no matter what region my life takes me to. I'm glad I have the flexibility to take my skills with Bozzuto to Atlanta, North Carolina, Chicago, New York, Boston or even Florida if I so chose.

None! I'm confident that should I find a con, Bozzuto would quickly work to improve.
