      Pros

      The residents are so nice, and I work with a very nice staff. Everyone is friendly and we all work together to keep the residents and each other happy.

      Cons

      I have no cons about my property, I will say I need a better understanding of the internal hiring process. I have applied for a few jobs that I know that I am qualified for, but I never hear back from them, no acknowledgement, or feedback, not even an email stating that they went another direction. I am not sure what to do about that, but I will keep on applying. I see Bozzuto as a company where I can retire from in the years to come.
