      "Bonuses" Employee discount on apartment Few of the buildings are decent to work at

      Young management, horrible work/life balance, bonus instead of commission, some regions are very clique-like and if you don't fit in then they make your life horrible. Management gives you a hard time when you use PT, Sick leave, or vacation Bonuses aren't guarenteed - other Property Management companies give commission SSA's do everything from work Management refused to do to concierge work Had to take my own car and drive out and do "outreach" without getting reimbursed for gas/miles. Clique-like mentality makes it hard to move up if you don't fit in
