Pros

Senior leadership cares, even when I was an entry level employee years ago Tom Bozzuto remembers your name, asks how your family is doing. Great benefits, bonus and PTO plan. Entry level employees do work a lot of weekends but that’s where your money is and best leasing opps. Every company has entry level and you have to work hard and work your way up. No matter where you are. Even as an assistant manager I worked 3 weekends a month but the benefit of working for such a good company made it worth it. You can’t apply for a customer service/sales job and not expect weekends Too many people now feel entitled and want things given to them, work for it and you are rewarded at Bozzuto by your leaders.

Cons

Long hours for managers especially during budget season. Length of budget season effects summer vacation planned time off based on due dates. Lots of new things are also rolled out during the busy budget season which can be overwhelming.
