Pros
Small company feel, with a feeling that those in higher positions care about every individual working in the company. Not afraid to spend a little extra money to make sure employees have eveything they need to do their job. Concerned about people wanting to stay at the company and grow their career, as opposed to many companies out there who seem to not care about their high turnover rate.
Cons
Processes are in place, but are not always used to improve, or benefit the company or employees - sometimes it seems employees are just doing things to go through the motions. Also, corporate seems a bit understaffed, and this is very transparent when you need assistance with things such as payroll or IT.
