This company made me hate my life. The management is awful. They are threatened by the people under them so instead of cheering on accomplishments they will be passive aggressive. I worked at two different properties and each of the managers were extremely standoffish and refused to take time to teach me anything. In addition, the workplace is so toxic and dramatic. All the managers at each property gossip about their team, and the teams gossip about the managers. Everyone knows each other’s business. It’s immature. Oh, don’t expect to see any bonuses until 2-3 months in. Say GOODBYE to your social life and say hello to working weekends (they claim you get 1-2 off a month but you have to beg your manager for that and they make you feel like an underachiever if you do and will compare you to other team members). Also expect to work 12+ hours if there are resident events. There is no work/life balance.
