      Pros

      Pay and none others, but not worth it. Other companies around are being just as competitive.

      Cons

      The pay is not worth it. Also, men are getting paid more than woman. The Regionals are best friends with the Property Managers and it is like high school, where they only favor certain ones. It’s a shame the culture of Bozzuto is put to shame in Chicago. I heard a Property Manager say they only hire pretty people. There is no diversity at all, which is something that is known about Bozzuto, but not in Chicago. It is a bunch of white blond girls mixed in with brunettes. Then they throw in a random race that is treated like crap as a cleaner or doorman. The Execs in DC should really do an audit in Chicago, because they are clearly unaware of what is happening in Chicago.
