      Pros

      The job was fun at times and the workload wasn’t too overbearing. It’s a very active job with doing tours and checking on apartments, which was nice. The schedule is also nice - you get to work less hours on the weekend, but still get paid for 8 hours, and then two weekdays off. It’s easy to move up in the company if you do your job well

      Cons

      Management is a joke. They expect you to do everything and then don’t bother to try and help you when you ask for it. It’s a very toxic environment with managers gossiping between each other and not offering any actual feedback or support. The pay is also terrible. The bonuses are insulting for how much money Bozzuto brings in. It’s okay if you’re fresh out of college and looking for a job, but if you’re trying to advance in your career than you can do better. The benefits are also terrible. I’ve had much better medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits at previous jobs. Just goes to show how little Bozzuto actually cares about their employees
