I will list down cons that might help other people decide whether or not this is for aspiring applicants but a lot of other people's cons are not applicable to me because of my lifestyle and personality, I feel that I fit perfectly and have understood my roles and responsibilities before I took the positions. And I love what Im doing now.
-you will definitely need to work on weekends
-where there are resident events, you will have to stay over
-multi-site leasing, if you're not comfortable being in multiple sites in a week, then this is not for you
-highly demanding job, there will be days where you need to work a different role and if you are not ready to partake in multiple roles and learn them sincerely, then its not for you.
-lots and lots of learning every. single.day. -- if you feel that you want to have a routinely job where its always going to be a-b-c everyday, then this is not for you. Sometimes it starts at point E before A.
-if you hate smiling and being sincere to your prospects and residents (even under difficult situations), then this is not for you
-hiring process could be taxing
