Pros

Chance for growth. Nice yearly awards banquet. Health insurance and other benefits are good.

Cons

Company gets accolades outside the Boston area. The Boston market, on the other hand, is disorganized and suffering from huge growing pains. Absolutely no support from any of the team members. There are no phone numbers to call, and if you find an email address, you still will never get a response. You will not find a company directory that you can refer to when you need to contact your accountant or any corporate personnel. Did not receive SOP until after one year of property takeover.
