      Great client service skills developed.

      The regional managers and property managers have an awful fear based approach to management. They are manipulative and give feedback in front of everyone so it turns into public humiliation instead of constructive criticism. It does not make sense that the longest tenured managers (especially regionals) are still there, they are the problem. Due to the de-centralized workforce model, a lot of managers get away with unprofessional conduct to direct reports. Since their is no HR on site and no higher level management it creates a terrible environment where employees do not feel that they have a voice and are not able to discern whether the conduct that happens should be or not because there is no other model for them to look at or other team dynamic for the to see.
