      PTO structure, schedule structure/work-life balance (depending on management), ability to change role and/or locations after a year in hired role, networking at regional events.

      Cons

      Salary not very high (although fairly expected in role type), high level of self-learning/little guidance with some major topics, prioritization of box-checking tasks over practical tasks (this may depend on your regional manager).
