      Pros

      -Base pay is relatively good for a leasing position. That's truly it. Some of my coworkers were cool.

      Cons

      - If your manager does not support you, you WILL fail. My manager was gone for weeks and was not supportive at all. ALOT of work is expected of you on a daily basis, in comparison to other leasing companies I have been with. My property specifically had some clique-y behavior, as a POC I did not feel comfortable there.
