      I enjoy my position here at Halstead Providence. I came in for growth and opportunity and management really take note of that and took me under their wing to shadow and learn even beyond my role. It is a great place to discover your strengths in the field and leadership really supports your goals in the job and beyond it.       It is a large company, and with that comes large responsibility. I think people have big goals here and sometimes it is hard to maintain a work-life balance, but it is possible with proper time management and boundaries!At our company, we embrace the significant responsibilities that come with our size. Our team members set ambitious goals, and while maintaining a work-life balance can be challenging, it's achievable with proper time management and setting clear boundaries.
