This was one of the most difficult work environments I’ve experienced. Morale was consistently low, and employees were often expected to carry the workload of multiple roles without the support or compensation to match. The amount of stress, pressure, and responsibility placed on employees was not reflected in the pay. This is a corporate company, and employees often felt replaceable rather than valued. Looking back, I wish I had better understood the culture, workload expectations, and compensation structure before accepting the role. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions about workload, turnover, pay, leadership support, and work-life balance before accepting.
