Pros

There are some excellent patient-care employees who work there for the sake of the patients even though they are well-aware of the abusiveness of the company.

Cons

It becomes obvious to anyone, within a short time of working there, that they don't genuinely care about the patients or employees. Money is their motive, and they put "control-freaks" in positions of power in order to make higher profits without delivering the promised patient care, or honestly-rewarding and caring for employees. People with favoritism-status are allowed to keep jobs while being neglectful or abusive of others. There is a negative "political" culture. They won't pay for adequate medicine-dispensing systems or staff, so patients lose a lot of time from promised and basic therapeutic activities for which they are paying (not to mention losing the chance to get enough sleep) by waiting endlessly in medicine-lines. The schedule is constantly being thrown-off, and the patients and staff suffer; however, after years of massive complaints, they still don't change that problem. That would "eat into" the profits! They don't reward or care for staff, so they have enormous and constant turnover. Most employees leave at the earliest opportunity.

Pros

PTO, Health Benefits, that’s it.

Cons

This was one of the most difficult work environments I’ve experienced. Morale was consistently low, and employees were often expected to carry the workload of multiple roles without the support or compensation to match. The amount of stress, pressure, and responsibility placed on employees was not reflected in the pay. This is a corporate company, and employees often felt replaceable rather than valued. Looking back, I wish I had better understood the culture, workload expectations, and compensation structure before accepting the role. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions about workload, turnover, pay, leadership support, and work-life balance before accepting.
