Pros
-8 days/yr of Holiday Pay -Work is so easy, you could train your dog to do it. -401k matching(4%) -Medical benefits -Flexible scheduling depending on dept
Cons
-Catty work atmosphere made manifest by insecure women. (It's a majority women company.) Most behave in a rude or entitled way even towards the nicest individuals. -No standardized training. Rules are made up week by week, but only occasionally will they notify everyone when they change. You'll just find out when you make a mistake that wasn't a mistake before. -Glaringly flagrant favoritism when it comes to work quality. If you're liked, they will change the guidelines based on how you do the work. -They won't ever really fire you, since FL is an at-will state that means they have to pay unemployment if they do terminate you. If you're familiar with office politics, they will do targeted sabotage in an attempt to make you quit instead. -No breaks. You can however take an unpaid, minimum of 20mins 'break' in which you have to make up the time at the end of your shift. I.E. if you work 7-3:30 and take a break, you now work from 7-3:50. You have to make sure you make your 40 hours per week. -No real job advancement if you're not brown nosing. Annual merit based increases are all or nothing, meaning there could be YEARS where you don't get an increase at all. Additionally, do not expect to be above average(4/5) in any metric; thus if you fall below average(2/5) in one metric there goes your pay increase for that year.
