Cons

Upper management is a joke. Corporate office is filled with friends and family. Corporate office needs a complete overhaul. Hire people that know what they are doing, not because they are a friend.

It pays more than unemployment.

Cons

The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
