      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      upper management is father/son and other friends/family. There's no preference for knowledge or experience - you move up strictly by knowing the right people on a personal level. There's zero consideration for customer's best interest. just make the sale as big as you can even if they don't need it. I'd never send my wife, mother or any female in a single shop in this region as women are laughable easy targets to this company.

      It pays more than unemployment.

      Cons

      The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
