Great team culture. Benefits are really good.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging from corporate who don't work in or have ever worked in a shop. Required clock time of 45-50 hours/week but only guaranteed 35 flag hours /week.

It pays more than unemployment.

Cons

The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
