People I worked with in the shop were cool, as were most of the advisors. I learned alot working there If you know how to do something, theyll let you tackle it. 35 hr guaranteed

Cons

Long hours that your guarantee doesnt begin to cover Work EVERY SATURDAY. When it's slow all week then on Saturday, it's nonstop car after car after car, you're expected to work just as hard as you would had you gotten over your guarantee.

It pays more than unemployment.

Cons

The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
