Coworkers, flexibility, environment, and stuff

Cons

Pay structure, upper management is over lord style profit driven, store management as little Control. All decisions store based must be ok'd by upper management. They will not hesitate to replace you if your store numbers are not meeting goals no matter the reasoning. Car count low because no one is coming in, Gross daily profit low because all you did was oil changes all day long. It doesn't matter if you don't hit your numbers you get in trouble even if it's completely out of your control.

It pays more than unemployment.

Cons

The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
