If you're at the right store, it's an amazing company. Lots to learn about the automotive industry. Great connections.

Cons

Some stores though are run by people who will burn you out. Pay can be difficult sometimes.

It pays more than unemployment.

Cons

The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
