Steady work, teamwork encouraged. Five day workweek.

Cons

Have to watch where your hours go when you work. Too easy to have hours taken from other workers mistakes happen but it's work to ensure your paid for the work you do and meet hour to hour time.

It pays more than unemployment.

Cons

The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
