Pros

They have good benefits. They do a lot of advertising to get customers in the door. Shop equipment for the most part is up to date.

Cons

One of the lowest paying. Shop managers are overpaid and chosen mainly on popularity with upper management. Employees get let go constantly. If you like fast food auto repair,long hours and low pay this is the place for you.

It pays more than unemployment.

Cons

The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
