Pros
Nice coworkers and was a very relaxed working environment once upon a time. I feel that when Covid happened things that were already rocky there finally came to light.
Cons
Favoritism is something that is clear. Diversity and disability understanding is low. Pay is less than average. A lot of turnover and then not hiring new people to replace them. Just adding extra work to those who stayed instead and not accommodating additional pay for the new work they have added. A lets put a band aid on this attitude instead of addressing the problem. Listening to concerns, but not taking them seriously. Not all, but a lot of the representatives got away with almost anything. From not doing their job right to sometimes being unapologetically mean to those who worked with them.
