      Asinine ordering process and menu Impatient and/or clueless customers No paid breaks for closing shifts Closing procedures are difficult to master

      Pros

      There is plenty of training and clear expectations. They usually staffed us well. Free meal during your shift. The most fun food service job I had.

      Cons

      There were strict dress code and appearance guidelines (not just for food safety purposes, but limiting the number of earrings we could wear and hair/belt colors).

      Misleading pay and role information Exhausting environment Injuries High turnover Expected to stay indefinitely after your shift ends, until they "don't need you anymore" (they will always need you)
