Pros

Remote work available No weekends or holidays

Cons

Training does not prepare for the floor. The training consisted of videos and unrelated materials Calls are back-to-back all day every day and you are expected to navigate multiple screens and carry out their confusing, convoluted, and lengthy processes There is no wrap up time, everything must be done while you constantly place the caller on hold. (They would rather irritate the customer and have them wait on hold multiple instances than give you a breather in-between calls.) You have to be comfortable with taking abusive calls without recourse. You cannot offer warning or disconnect the call under any circumstance. You will not get the time off when you need it. Holidays are off, but the days before and after are not. You must be entered into a drawing and a lottery is conducted. Only 2 people will be drawn for the days before and after the holidays. These people do not care what you have going on, even a partial day on a Tuesday or Thursday is hard to get approved and will count as an occurrence.
