      Brave is a wonderful company that is dedicated to providing a positive and conducive work environment where employees feel supported. The role truly provides flexibility, work life balance, great benefits and rewarding outcomes. I could not ask for a better role and I am so grateful to have been given the chance to be apart of this team.

      too many hours a day for clients and no time for notes.

      Pros

      Remote and the company provides the equipment. PTO. The clients are great to work with , best part of the job .

      Cons

      No raise In sight. You will be micromanaged and made to feel like you cannot do anything right. You will burn out. I honestly am leaving therapy and mental health for now and looking into another career. You end the day feeling so drained and questioning your abilities as a therapist.
