      Working at home. Clients were fabulous although many should be seen in person and are too high risk for telehealth.

      You will work beyond scheduled hours without pay.

      Pros

      Remote and the company provides the equipment. PTO. The clients are great to work with , best part of the job .

      Cons

      No raise In sight. You will be micromanaged and made to feel like you cannot do anything right. You will burn out. I honestly am leaving therapy and mental health for now and looking into another career. You end the day feeling so drained and questioning your abilities as a therapist.
