      Pros

      -competitive pay -coworkers and supervisors have wonderful attitudes -environment is so much better than a CMHC -incentives for care hours provided -Work from home

      Cons

      There really aren't any cons that I have found. I feel at peace here at Brave. If I had to say anything negative it would just be that working remotely isn't for everyone. You have to have good work/life boundaries.

      Pros

      Remote and the company provides the equipment. PTO. The clients are great to work with , best part of the job .

      Cons

      No raise In sight. You will be micromanaged and made to feel like you cannot do anything right. You will burn out. I honestly am leaving therapy and mental health for now and looking into another career. You end the day feeling so drained and questioning your abilities as a therapist.
