PMHNPs- RUN! - Nurse Practitioner Brave Health Employee Review

I feel compelled to warn my PMHNPs. Please do not work here unless you are really desperate for job. It's all about productivity and metrics. They micromanaged, toxic work culture, blaming culture, and do not care about patients. Poor leadership. Expect an LCSW to set the policy. The turnover rate for staff is very high. Patients went through 3 therapists in 3 months. Patients are getting traumatized by the change of therapists here. Providers has to picked up a lot of administrative work and expect yourself to work through lunch. Collaborative MD is not reachable. Most colleagues that I am talking to are looking for exit plan. The bonus is never achievable - don't trust what recruiter tells you.
